TMS Global Pty Ltd ACN 089 771 835 (TMS/’we’/’us’), trading as ‘Jumbo Fundraising’, provides customers with the opportunity to support their favourite charities through the purchase of raffle tickets via a convenient secure website.
This Website is owned and operated, and fundraising services will be provided, by Jumbo Fundraising. The associated raffle activity is conducted for the Beneficiary. The Beneficary is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (DGR) with the Australian Taxation Office.
These terms and conditions apply to Jumbo Fundraising and the associated raffle activity conducted for the Benecificary.
Use of terms ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to Jumbo Fundraising. The use of the term ‘you’ refers to you as the Customer.
All relevant permits are held by St John Ambulance Australia (VIC).
TMS holds a Commercial Raffle Organisers Licence (VIC).
Beneficiary means St John Ambulance Australia (VIC) ABN: 69 061 844 380;
Terms and Conditions means these website terms and conditions as modified from time to time; and
Website means the website www.stjohncharitylottery.com.au, owned and managed by Jumbo Fundraising and operated on behalf of the Beneficiary.
2. Acceptance and Use of Terms and Conditions
By using this Website you acknowledge and accept, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.
You must only use the Website for lawful purposes only.
As far as possible, all provisions of these Terms and Conditions must be construed so as not to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable. If anything in these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, illegal or void then that provision is severed, and the rest of the Terms and Conditions remain in force.

7. Game Terms and Conditions
Winning results of the raffle we conduct for the Beneficiary are published on the Website.
Please refer to the individual raffle terms and conditions for details of the prizes available to be won, the purchase price of tickets, and information on permits and how to claim a winning prize, among other information.

By purchasing a subscription, you are agreeing we may debit your credit card every month in the sum agreed. You will then receive tickets for each raffle we run on behalf of your chosen charity. You can stop this subscription service at any time by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 07 3065 9128.
In the event payment for your purchase is received after the draw has taken place then you will automatically be entered into the next draw. If you do not want to be entered in the next draw, please contact us within five (5) business days of your order being processed, so we can issue a refund. We can be contacted on email@example.com.
Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where the draw has not already taken place. A request for a refund must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org and we reserve the sole right to reject or approve the refund request.
